Years ago I started playing the game Pokemon go, it is a really fun game just a lot you need to know. Some people hate the game and then others love it. I have learned from playing that this game really helps lower blood sugar and good for weight loss. This is cause you have to walk around different towns to play so lots of exercise and you don't even see it as exercise. You are so focus on caught the monsters and hatching eggs it's more fun then anything.
